copy ops from 1 file and paste to another file broken

Hi, I did this countless times, very useful when you have similar parts.  It no longer works.

I used manufacturing models in this file (can't be shared sorry) if that makes a difference.  I see this happened in the past when searching the forum for this, and got fixed a few times, but it seems to be back now.

I will make some temporary templates that I'll delete after for now, but please have this reported, or try it out and see if it still works for you with and without manufacturing models.

Strange thing, I came back to Fusion an hour later, there was no update or anything, but it works again now... so, nevermind, nothing to see here!
