Controlling power for laser on fusion 360

Hello, i have a genmitsu laser that i am trying to use with fusion 360. How do i change the power settings for the laser? Im using lasergrbl to send the code and no matter what i do or what i change the laser always has a low power setting, but when i run test programs that came with the laser, it cuts and engraves fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
