Conical screw machining

Hi

I'm trying to machine the following conical screw without success.

I am choosing the conical contour but the toolpath calculates it straight from the bottom

The resulting toolpath goes straight

Is it a bug?

Thanks for this forum post. I have the same problem too.

I tried to create a sketch on different sections, but without success.

I'm looking forward to find a solution for this important post

Wrap is for cylinders only, it does not do cones.

Your only option is to split part into 3 sections of 120 degrees, use tool orientation, ball end mill with 3D adaptive clearing to rough and 3D contour to finish, stepping down in size of tool to detail corners.
