Complex Tube Bending Structure

Hello everyone,

My first post on this lovely forum so please bear with me.

I am an engineering student working on a design project for a company that desires to bend tubes, some bends with standard radius R50, and some parts that are supposed to be rolled.

We quoted some workshops on doing this with 3D CNC tube bending machines but they said that the structures required lots of set-up time and the price would therefore be very high. I, therefore, wonder if anyone here has any experience of tube bending and rolling of complex structures that could advise us on any design modifications or alternative production methods. I.e, could these structures be accomplished in traditional tube bending machines with rolling made afterward? (and no, the company does not consider having straight tubing between the bends and wishes to keep the rolled sections...)

Grateful for any help with this project, adding some blueprints of the structures to this post.
