Cloud tool library, tools missing

Dear all,

 

We have a problem with the tool library. We are using the cloud library function. With 6 users we use 2 libraries.
Our problem now is that different tools are not displayed for each user. For example, #10222, #10223 and #10224 are missing for one user, but #10222 and #10225 are missing for another user. However, if I download the *.json file from the “Assets”, I can find all the tool numbers using a text editor. Since only about 5% of our tools are affected, we only noticed this now. So I can't say how long the error has existed. Apparently only tools that have been created in the last 12 months or so.

The problem has just been solved by telephone support. Apparently there was a problem with synchronizing the PCs and the cloud. The following forces a new and complete synchronization of the libraries.

 

  1. Shut down Fusion.
  2. In Windows Explorer, navigate to `%localappdata%\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<userid>\W.Login.
  3. Rename the "M" directory.
  4. Restart Fusion.
