CIMCO Edit 2022 - Fusion 360 .STL files 10x to big in simulation

Hello all,

I have recently purchased CIMCO Edit 2022 so I can back-plot my code from Fusion 360. The problem I am having is with CIMCO Edit when I import the Fusion 360 STL file. It's sometimes 20x or even 30x bigger than the plotted tool path. You can see in my photos the tool path in Fusion 360 vs CIMCO Edit. The part is so huge in CIMCO Edit it sometimes crashes the program and is always cut in half.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Is it CIMCO Edit or Fusion 360?

Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks in advance,

Matt

That's most certainly a Cimco issue, not Fusion. I'm assuming the .STL file is coming in 25.4 times the size (the conversion factor between Imperial and Metric)

I have saved the file in CM and MM and then exported both as .SLT files and that had no effect. It still showed the part extremely large
