Change One surface recalc everthing

Im new in manufacture, Im struling with this:

Everytime i add a surface to help me on strategy, or protec

All toolpaths start updating, i know i can protect

But then i unprotect to Change some thing and recalc again. Is this the right method?

Another question, i aplied One surface to cover a hole.

Made some toolpath

How i want to remove that CAP hole

I cant calc anymore, says setup miss a surface.

How can i make to ignore a surface protection without deleting

Do not add the cap to the setup, just add it in the op under Model. This might help with the other problem you describe, only select the main body (don't select a component) in the setup then add any helper surfaces only in the actual operation that needs them.

thats great, 

the rule here is to only choose in setup a clean model i want to machine without surfaces protection

then, evertime i need a protec surfaces, just create a new and make sure that is not in setup.

in toolpath select "model" and choose a surfaces i want to use has protection.

right?

More or less, yes. There are some instances where you may want to include some extra surfaces in your Setup, but it does require some foresight into the long term project at hand. In general, surfaces are better leveraged at the toolpath level itself.
