change default tool library

goes to tool library with many tools

I would prefer it went to last library I used

or 

maybe  Right mouse click make present library default like many choices in CAM

instead I have to go through multiple mouse clicks to get to the tools I have created instead of the generic

1000s of tools ( that most users will never use 98% of)

Good point @mmharris, I tend to agree. I'll inform development of this issue.

Yes please, this has been brought up before on the forums (only a week or so ago). I hope this will get added...
