Cant verify stock

When I add a dovetail to a part for workholding. When I go to the second setup, and click continue rest machine from previous setup,  it gives me "cannot verify stock for rest machining". Does anyone know how to fix this?

Is it possible that you've selected the entire component for your Model in your second setup?

Could you share your Fusion file here?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

No.  I have made sure I have the 2 bodies selected.

I made a quick example. I will see if I can post it.

Setups and Rest Machining does not work with multiple bodies or components. You can't have a body and a component selected, or multiple bodies or multiple components. However, you can have one Component that contains multiple bodies, as long as you select only that component.

If I expand the Models tab in the tree, and click on the model name for the model in the setup page, instead of the 2 bodies, then it works.

Single body, right, not multiple?
