If you want to change the default 1001 number to a name actually in your Code that goes to the machine then your Post Processor must be configured to allow this, if you were able to do this in the past and your machine control will accept a name instead of a number then most likely your Post Processor has been updated and is no longer allowing names.
If you just want to save your .nc program to your computer with a name instead of a number then if you are using the new NC Program system you can set the "Open in NC Editor" to on and then when your code opens in the editor you can go to the File > Save as in your Editor and you will get a dialog screen where you can save to wherever you want with whatever name you want.
Or, you can go back to the old system which Autodesk calls the "Legacy" system by going to your "Preferences" and under the "Preview" tab and turning on the Legacy system there, see image below.
