Hmm, I'm not seeing that on my Mac. What generation do you have, and what OS?

Can you tell us which Preview Features you have enabled in Preferences?

Thanks,

Hi,

Here the same error. But a little bit harder. If i click on "Send Report" in the system error message, fusion360 crashes.

I clicked "Send Report" twice the time and hopefully had send anything before fusion360 crashes.

If you temporarily disable the Tool Library preview, you'll be able to go again. Hopefully the folks familiar with this area can engage with you soon.

Hi @Carbidecnc and @macmanpb ,

I'm part of the development team responsible for the new Tool Library. Unfortunately we haven't received the error reports from you. Something may be wrong with our reporting system in addition to causing the system error you're seeing. We have tested the Tool Library on own machines running macOS Catalina using the same preview options and haven't seen this problem.

I'd like to gather as much data as possible from you in order to investigate this issue. If you could follow this guide to gather your graphic diagnostics, as well as export any local or cloud tool libraries you may have (using the old tool library), and send that all to me in a private message, we'll be able to start narrowing down the potential causes.

Hi obrienm, it is not possible to add attachments to private messages. How we should add the exported tool libraries?

Just a quick update to say we've found the cause of this system error, thanks to your help.

Unfortunately there's no known workaround at the moment except to use the old Tool Library.

Good that we discovered this before releasing the new Tool Library to everyone though!

We'll make fixing this a priority.
