Cant enable XZA mode

Hi yall, 

I never made a post proces before i really could use some help if possible ! 
So im going to use a lath for my project let me give you some info. 
Spindel is a stepping motor (A-axis) 
X-axis lathe will be my Z-axis (for milling).
Z-axis lathe will be my X-axis (for milling). 
A-axis is my spindel (Stepping motor). 

i know this is possilbe but i have no clue how to get it to work.. i searched a lot and try 100000 things to get it to work.. only thing i was able to do was the Y axis and A-axis export.. so i was on the right way.. 

But what i really need: 
XZA (milling) and how do i set up my setting and post proces.. If some one could help me this would be really cool !! this is the only thing holding back my project. Need more information dont mind to contact me ! 
I added the file (test) to the post and i`m using the Mach3 post procces. If you have a suggestion please let me know ! 

P.s i used planet CNC for my lathe and this was the best outcome with almost to 0 adjustments.. but cant get it to work for EdingCNC mill. Thanks !
