Cannot Mill Multiple Passes-File Attached

Attached is a file.   It is the G55 Setup.   I want to make that into 4 passes instead of just two, but I cannot get it to do it.   Any ideas?

Check the "multiple finishing passes" box in the "passes" tab, add three with the same stepover.
