Cannot get any machining strategy to finish the only face the needs precise dimension

Pls see set up 1, parallel passes.

I can highlight the face between the vertical legs....but none of the machining strategies end up cleaning the whole face....

Am i selecting the face wrong???

Have you looked at using the 3D "Flat" strategy ?? It has options for either a Pocket type toolpath or a Parallel one.

You can use the "Avoid/Touch Surfaces"as in the image below to select the faces to machine, might be easier for you 🙂

Thanks....the problem area is the vertical faces between the uprights...

I got it I had the area set for geometry set or silohoute....

The face was considered outside the silohoute....not sure why that would be but bounding box solved the issue.
