Can't select certain arcs when creating tool paths

I've recently run into a strange bug where I am sometimes unable to select chains with holes as part of them.

Here is an example where when below I have selected all parts of my chain how I want and it looks correct.

Upon accepting the selection, it excludes the right hole.

No matter what I do, I am unable to select this section.

The only work around I've found is to create a sketch and select from that instead.

That is certainly bizarre...

Can you share the Fusion file?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

@justin

What toolpath are you trying to use, your model is 3D so it is often better to use a 3D toolpath.

Having said that if it is a 2D Contour you are trying to do then the easiest method of selection is the "Pocket Recognition" for your particular job. Images below and example file attached, it is always best if you can upload a file that can be checked/modified rather than someone having to make one as it may be nothing like yours and not have the same issue  🙂 🙂 🙂 Please ???

My file does select a Contour using the Contour selection as well, just FYI !!!

Is it an imported file? I also have the same problem with a file from solidworks that worked fine before the last update from fusion.

The file I uploaded is one that I created in Fusion and it works fine.

Can you upload a file that is causing you a problem ??

Go to:-

File > Export > Select f3d format > Save to a location on your computer > Then attach it to your reply

@seth.madore  There's a file in this thread that has the same problem. You can select the correct edges but when you click OK one or the arcs reverses direction.

@engineguy  this was made before the update, so if you regenerate the last toolpath it changes the machining boundary.

This seems to be fixed in the latest update.
