Can't add tool on laptop

I have fusion 360 on my PC and on my laptop. My laptop is more than capable of running the program but the tool library interface seems to be totally different. On my PC i have all of the check boxes next to everything in the tool library but on my laptop i do not. I need to add my cutter into my tool library on the laptop but it will not work. If anyone can help that would be very appreciated!

@Anonymous Are you running the same version on PC and laptop? Is it Windows or Mac? I am not sure if you are a regular user but the new Tool library was introduced to be 'on by default' in June. The checkboxes that turned libraries on and off are no longer there in the new library.
