Can anyone figure out why the attached file is failing for a facing operation

I am trying to do a facing operation But everytime I try to post it fails. After much searching I found the log and the error is:

Error: Safe retract option 'Clearance Height' is only supported when all operations are along the setup Z-axis.

I have no idea what this means. I've tried adjusting the heights and keep getting the errors. My machine can move to the positions I've entered.

Can someone explain in english what the problem is and what I need to do to avoid this in the future?

You appear to have created your Model in the "Y axis up" mode and then in Manufacture you have selected the "Model Orientation" option in your Setup, this means that the top face of the Model is in the Y axis and not the Z so that is likely where the Z axis error is coming from.

Have a look at the attached file settings for the Setup.

For future reference if you want to be able to use the default "Model Orientation" then you may be best going to your "Preferences" and changing to the "Z Axis up" option.

You had 11 NC Programs where I think that you kept trying to Post multiple times, to avoid having all those NC Programs cluttering up your space then delete all but the original one and then Right click on the original one and then select "Edit" to open it and re-post, you will then only have a single NC Program 🙂

Thanks I am not sure what was happening. In my setup I did have the Z axis and origin selected properly. I do this all the time I orinet my model parts the way the would be in the real world, and adjust the milling axis accordingly. But when I opened up the file nothing was set in the setup. So there must have been some glitch thart was cleared up by restarting fusion.

Thanks for your help
