Several years ago a facility to select multiple circles for a drill operation was added. It's supposed to work either by selecting with a circle diameter range or to select by using points in a container like a sketch.
Same kind of multiselect works or contour as demonstrated in the attached project file.
But that does not work for a Drill operation. As you can see rom the picture the circles are selected but the resulting operation is not valid. I tried both methods: circle diameter range and point selection and none worked so this appears to be a bug.
I included the project with the invalid drill op and a demo contour op for comparison.
Here is the screen after using circle diam range selection which shows the circles are actually selected.
