BUG when selecting "select same diameter", didn't following the correct order

When I tried to make my strategy with "select same diameter" and arrange the holes with "order by y" the toolpath make some bug and didn't make this thing correct... can anybody help me out?

Well this is interesting. Recalculating the Hole Pattern (In Design space) cures it....
