bug when making derived operations

When deriving a 3d ramp from a 3d spiral (and i notice this with different combo's as well) it doesn't save the stepover. I had a .003 on spiral, then when I make ramp it changes to .04 and makes the operation "falsely" error out (since my small feature is less then .04)

I think this is because fusion is treating stepover and stepdown separately, but with a 3d toolpath these mean the same thing in practicality.

Along the same lines... rest machining never seems to carry over between derive operations too.
