BUG. Horrible leads on 3d contour!

I just needed to work on an old design and regenerating an old 3d contour toolpath creates horrible leads!

Before regen I have this nice looking toolpath with with even looking lead ins and outs.

After regen I get this mess! I've copied the parts and toolpath to the attached design I can share. Can't share the original.

Thanks Mark

@Camtech-CezayirYasa I was not looking for a workaround, I want to report a bug. In 2019 the toolpath and leads were perfect and now a regen produces bad leads. I've seen this a lot where leads get dropped for no reason but have not had the opportunity to share the design. @seth.madore Can you take a look please.

Thanks Mark

Mark, the file you shared only has the "post-regen" toolpath in it. Could you get me the "pre-regen" toolpath as well? You could DM me the link if that helps (or email it to me)

@seth.madore I managed to delete the rest of the mould from the design just leaving the problem parts and toolpaths. See attached file.

Thanks Mark

@seth.madore Another problem I've run into with 3d profile is the sweep angle is ignored. Doesn't matter what it's set to you always get the same sweep.

Like here, set to 45° but actually getting more than 90°.

Sweep angle has long been an issue, if I recall. I seem to remember logging tickets a few years ago on that...
