Bug: Can not add a holder to a tool. Select Holder popup window is corrupted

I can't add a holder to a tool in the Tool Library.  If I edit a tool and click the "select holder" button, the resulting popup window is visually/graphically corrupted.  Furthermore, neither the "ok" or "cancel" buttons work, meaning that I can't add a holder to a tool.  Looks like shoddy programming to me. Has anyone else experienced this?

This has come up before, and I think it's traced back to client-side issues. Are your graphics drivers and DirectX up to date?

FYI, the "attach" option is not working with photos. Thankfully, there's an even better option, and that's to insert the pictures in-line with your text and your post. Click on the Camera button in your reply text box and we will be able to see your images

Thanks for your reply.  I have attached the screenshot as you suggested.

In this case, as you can see, I'm on a Mac, so graphic drivers / DirectX can't be the issue.

It's certainly not a platform wide issue, as I'm not seeing that on my MBP. I'll talk to the tool library team and see what they have to say.

Have you tried the new Library that's in the Preview options? The version in Production is not polished at all, but I'm curious if the issue exists there as well.

I just tried the new preview version of the Tools Library as you suggested, and it seems to work. I can add a holder to an existing tool.

However, the new Tools Library has some interesting problems of its own.  While resizing the window, I get display artifacts, and sometimes window can become corrupted (see image attached)  Also, using a two finger scroll gesture on the trackpad (the normal way to scroll on a Mac laptop) causes the window to loose focus.
