Bore Error: Selected face not in job model selection!

So when selecting one bore and select same diameter I get this error:

But when selecting the 3 bores individually the toolpath is fine:

I am in fact selecting bore geometry that is from the setup's referenced component:

Yes, I think that the error message could be clearer 😞

However, have a look at your "Leads", for example, I just set the "Vertical Leadin Radius" to Zero and it toolpaths OK so I think that you need to reset some of your values in that area.

Hi thanks. Any idea why the leads only need to be reset when Fusion tries to auto select the holes but not when I manually select the holes?

Absolutely no idea, it is likly the "bug" that Seth spoke of in your other post, way above my "paygrade" (I don`t get any), I can only offer "workarounds" that may or may not be of use to anyone 🙂 🙂

Looking at it again I found that the "bug" is definitely causing an issue because if I simply uncheck the "Select Same Diameter" option and immediately select it again the error disappears and the toolpath is fine with the original leads. Weird 🙂

Odd, your file regenerates fine on PC:
