Blend: Five issues in one

Here's my drive curves:

Doesn't follow drive curves

Bottom passes are wonky and jagged

Tool kisses the top of the model during every transition

Literally just one lead in/out rad despite specifying otherwise. Those are smooth transitions? 

Top pass isn't like the others

tightening your tolerance will get rid of the squiggles.

I posted a similar issue with zig-zags in my Blend toolpath last week, with no resolution. Playing guess-and-check with the tolerance adjustment does indeed create some better (and some worse) toolpaths, but it didn't eliminate all the wonkiness for my particular application.
