blank window instead of tool library on macOS 11.0.1 - big sur

When I'm trying to open the tool library (or any form of it actually: select a tool for a path for example)

I end up with a completely blank window, I can still "blindly" interact with it and select a tool though

Do you know any way to fix this by any chance ?

Thanks @Anonymous for bringing this up. Have you by any chance enabled the new tool library.
If possible you can disable it as shown on this screenshot to see if that works better for you ?

@Anonymous I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the new tool library. Would you be able to replicate and send me a screencast so I can get the development team to have a look?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Dale -

I would suggest upgrading your Windows installation. Windows 7 is no longer a supported OS, by Microsoft or Autodesk. It may or may not solve the issue, but at least we'll be in a better position to support you.

Thank you Jeff,

At first I thought you were being sarcastic, stating the obvious but then I realized you probably don't use Windows 7 and that you are unaware that there is a persistent warning banner at the top of the work space to keep windows 7 users informed of that very fact.  Better to chuckle at a misunderstanding than flame you -thank God I waited to respond. 🙂
