Hi, I'm trying to bore some holes in this workpiece and am having this issue with the initial toolpath from the origin to the first bore hole.

This is the workpiece with the holes I need to bore.

This is the simulated toolpath(had to use Camotics Gcode viewer to see initial toolpath from origin)

Your code should have a G28 Z.0 or G53 before the drilling begins. Perhaps your back plotter or control does not recognize G28?

Thanks, I'm using this with an Openbuilds Leadcnc machine, here is the gcode from the openbuilds controller

Yeah, It use G53 Z.0 and even gives you a warning that you need to home the machine and a link to info about the warning.
