Anyone else unable to generate adaptive tool paths today?

As of this morning, I have been unable to successfully generate 3D adaptive tool paths on a model that was working perfectly on Friday of last week. I am cutting electrodes for spark erosion. One aspect of this is re-cutting them after they have been used for roughing. The workflow is as follows:

Produce a manufacturing model of the previous electrode form

Move the body a few mm above the main part to be machined. 

Use this model for the stock "from solid"

Generate various tool paths to machine the form.

This has been a workflow that I have used time and time again, but it since this morning it refuses to generate toolpaths for 3D adaptive with rest machining. It get part way through the process and then says the following. 

"Invalidated: Generation failed

Error: An unhandled exception occured 0xc0000005."

I don't ideally want to make this file public as it is for tooling for a sensitive project. However wondered if anyone else has noticed issues. I have a large number of dmp files if that is of uses for trouble shooting.

For starters, try turning this off in Preferences:

 Some customers have reported better behavior with that turned off. After that, turn off In Process Stock calculation, located on the Utilities tab:

Thanks for the reply. It seems far more stable now. 

If it helps with fault finding, I didn't have the In Process Stock option ticked anyway.

Useful to know, I've been having problems since the update so will turn that preview feature off and hopefully that will help!

I just went through this yesterday. I turned off reduce air cutting for 3d adaptive and turned off in process stock. I was able to generate 2 adaptive toolpaths. Then they stopped working all together. Adaptive will no longer generate any kind of toolpath at all.
