Any UMC-750 users here?

We were told that UMC-750 post is really good and all the kinks were worked out for the last 2 years. We have one issue.

When cutting with the 5 axis Swarf tool on semi round cavity, the table will spin in one direction counting C angle from 0 to lets say 3200, then after the tool change it calls for G28 G91 C0 (resets the C angle to closest 0, spins less than 180 degree), which makes sense so that the table does not un-spin 3200 degrees. But then it has G0 C3200 making the table spin almost 10 times. I assume because it ended the last operation at 3200 degrees it wants to go back to it so that the table does not spin for hours. But the G91 resets the table to C0 anyways making it spin again with g0 c3200 move. All I watch is the table spin and spin for no reason.

Anyone is having this issue? Image attached. Thanks

I have a UMC-750 for three years now, and if you're looking for help here, your not going to get it.  Autodesk just doesn't care.

Can you attach your example file? I am curious how it posts out such a high C value.

Did you also try the last parameter in the post options? " rewindCAxisEncoder: false // resets the C axis encoder instead of rewinding axis, Setting 108 must be set to true and Parameter 498 bit 10 to 1"
