Adding Spiral Bits to Tool Library

How do you add a spiral down cut bit to the Fusion Tool Library? I don't see any in the bit type selection choices listed when you go to add a new bit.

When defining tools in Fusion, we want to be looking at the overall silhouette of the tool, not the specific cutting style. In this case, if it's a flat bottom tool, we would define it as a Flat Endmill. If it had a corner radius, we would define it as a Bull Endmill, and so on and so forth.
