Adaptive not doing multiple depths on a large contour

I have this belly cut on this guitar and I cannot get a good roughing pass on it. Best I have been able to get it to do is with one pass. It is the last operation so far in Setup 2. Please see attached.

That's because you've selected everything in your Setup:

In most cases, you only want to select the model that you're cutting.

What happens is that the toolpath will calculate against everything that's been defined in the Setup, giving you the result you have currently.

Correcting the Setup and then recalculating yields this:
