Adaptive cut cuts through small portions of model

Hello, 

I attached two images to help illustrate. The simulation shows adaptive clearing cutting through small chunks of my model. Any suggestions? I have tried checking "Model" and also selecting each part... no luck.

I think that is just the low resolution of the simulation stock model.

turn the model of when you do a sim and set it to comparison and it should show if it does crash.

Click on the light bulb for your model in the model tree.
