A little help with an op please

Operation Parallel in setup 2, I have played around heaps to get something to work. I honestly dont know why Fusion sends the tool down at the end of each pass and then wont travel for the whole raduis the other way?

I am left with a snipe on the end as per snip pic attached. And for the life of me I have wasted over an hour trying to get the tool to cut all of it. Reaching out for some help please. Also, ignore the next setups I am only talking about number 2.

Quite a difficult piece to machine on a 3 axis. Would appreciate Guru input lol

AlasW8M6 you are the Guru today. That solution came through so fast I used the different settings on the very next op. Awesome. Thanks. I think that part, as basic as it was, is the most difficult I have tried to make on a 3 axis machine. I wonder if a 4th axis would have made it easier. I have one just dont have a servo to drive it.
