5 axis not working in education lab

I am teaching in a manufacturing lab. We use Fusion with the manufacturing extension. All is well except the 5-axis menu. It doesn't function when it is picked. I have attached an image showing the unusual blue electrical plugs on each selection. Can anybody shed any light on this? Some of the PC's in the lab that are working don't have the blue plugs

The icon represents an extension cord and indicates the manufacturing extension isn't enabled. Look for the same icon at top right and click on it, with the education licence you usually need to re-enable the extension every 30 days, even though it's free.
