4th axis tool orientation not posting-Fagor 8065

My 4th axis has been set up for quite some time and was working correctly but now the tool orientation changes are not being added into the post.  I've checked the onopen section for the 4th axis and it is set up correctly.

Are you on a commercial account? Can you export and share a sample file AND the post processor being used?
Put them in a .zip file and share that here please.

Any ideas on why this may be occurring?  I have also had to start inputting the coolant callouts as they are no longer posting either.

I have discovered a glitch with the post.  If I use offsets G54-G59 everything posts as it should.  If I use any other offset (I have 99 offsets that are called out as G159=1, G159=2....G159=99.     G54- G59 are the first 6 of the G159) this is when the A axis and coolant callouts no longer post.  I have looked and cannot figure out why this is happening.
