4th Axis post probs

Hi gang,

I am trying to mill an involute gear on my 4 Axis Mach3 equipped mill. 

I have the gear drawn

Made a form tool

used a 2D contour to get first tooth

used path in a circular pattern.

Now the problem.

Every time the A axis is indexed the Z axis adds 0.060 plus thou to the height.

I've tried every search, combination of settings, etc etc.

I'll attach my model and the posted Gcode.

Please help.

Your WCS needs to be set at center of rotation:
