4axis(3+rotary) contour issue

I can’t find a solution how to mill in 3 + 1, at first glance, simple geometry

This is a current limitation of the product. Your best option is to use 2D Contour (Wrapped) to machine the surface inline with your Y axis and then orient the part accordingly to mill those edges inline with your X axis, using 2D contour with Tool orientation, NOT wrapped.

I tried this solution, it doesn't look very good, but still better than nothing :).
I understand correctly that the current versions of Fusion360 and InventorCAM cannot perform this task in one operation and can we expect this in the future?

Any improvement that may come is certainly a long way off, as I'm not aware of any plans to tackle this limitation.
