Hi,

Can someone please help does anyone have a 3d model for a "Maxicam M8-1212 2T" router machine as I would like to simulate in "fusion360" or any other information that would help in creating a 3d model

Thanks

That's not something we have in the Fusion Library, but there is a Tormach 24R, which is a gantry style router machine. Not sure if the dimensions are comparable to your machine....

Other than that, you may have to start from scratch on it.

Hi Seth,

Thanks for your reply I have found a machine which has very similar kinematics for test purposes.

I would like to get the machine to simulate the toolpaths in fusion 360. I have done the modifications to the post as shown in this video below i can get it to simulate but when i try to post proccess i get an error.

Any help would be much appreciated.  using "osai.cps" post

That's because the osai.cps post processor is not configured for 5 axis motion, only 3. You can modify your post processor to grant you access to that motion, following this guide HERE
