3D milling an inside corner radius .

I am using a countour toolpath to mill the thin walls and also to mill the corner radius with a tool I have available. I am getting a messy toolpath with a lot of moves shown in the picture . How can I clean up this toolpath and is their a better way of milling these features ?

Try Blend.  With a tiny bit of pass trimming and a slightly smaller diameter tool, I was able to get this:

Hi.  Please see attached.  Blend is a powerful toolpath type.  I wish everyone would turn on the preview feature.  Hopefully, it will be out of preview in the not so distant future.

Why are your 2 samples under a paywall? I have a full subscription but without the 5 axis capabilities. I have access to 3d blend, yet on your samples, I can't open that operation. I was interested to see how you set that up.

Hi @leo.castellon I used toolpath trimming and that is part of the MFG Extension.  The toolpath (without the trimming) would probably be just fine but there were two moves on there that I didn't like, so I trimmed them.  I'm guessing you can delete the trimming.  If you can't let me know and I'll see if I can find the file and share it without the trimming.
