3D flat does not avoid all selected surfaces

Hi all,

I am creating wooden panels, where I mill out some of the surfaces.

I use 3d Flat. 

But at some points it wants to mill through the surfaces that were selected to avoid.

Also if I switch to select to touch, at some spots it wants to mill more.

Anybody any idea what is going on?

Yeah, that's not supposed to happen. I'll get this logged, thanks for reporting it!
