3D Chamfer Using Ball End Mill Problems

Hello, 

I am having some problems with machining a Radii/ Corner Break on this part. The machine I am using is a Mazak 510 3 axis mill. The solid was sent over to me and I had to modify the drawing to create a the radii. Ideally I would like to just make one pass to follow the profile that has the radius on it but so far I am un able to make that happen. Any input is apricated!

Hi @travismillerZS3J9,

Do you have a smaller tool which you can use? One of the radii has a dimater of 0.18in and you have a 0.25in ball mill.

Thank you for the response.

I can run whatever size is needed i just put the .250 ball mill in because it was already in the machine to see if i could make the tool path happen not thinking about the part radii.

What tool path would you recommend for doing an edge break on this part?
