Sometimes it generates fine with no warning, sometimes generates fine but with that warning as shown in below video:

I think I'm more likely to get the warning when generating both of the below toolpaths at the same time:

If #2 is generating AND it relies on #1 which you begin to generate before #2 has finished, #2 WILL be aborted and alarm.

The issue is with the first rough [RGH] not the second [RGH 2].

No toolpath gets aborted.

yea, does that rely on any of the previous toolpaths or in process? Same concept.

There's a reason I said #1/2 and NOT specifically RGH1/2

Yes, RGH has rest machining enabled so it's dependent on the operations before it.

All previous toolpaths can be 100% generated and have 100% in-process stock generated and RGH will give me the warning that the operation has been aborted (despite it generating ok and not being aborted).

All previous toolpaths can be 100% generated and have 100% in-process stock generated and RGH will not give me any warning.

Both behaviors are shown in the video.

Identical scenario, different results.

Even if the results were the same Fusion is generating an operation it's telling me it aborted.

You want to enlighten me on what I'm doing wrong?

I get this same thing. It's only started happening in the last few months. I generate an operation, then click on a dependent operation below it and generate that also, BUT, this then cancels the generation of the first operation. It SHOULD wait until the first operation has finished generating, and then start generating itself. It should just cancel the first operation. Seems to be a bug to me, as i've not experienced it for the past several years that i've been using Fusion....

Ya I've gotten that one as well. Only experienced this stuff since the last few updates.
