Not sure what's going on. This toolpath used to generate within probably 30 seconds:

Now I've been away from my desk for ~30 minutes and it's still stuck at 60.5%. Pretty sure I didn't change anything.

Restarted Fusion, still sticking at 60.5% after 10 minutes.

Looks like opening up the tolerance to a more "generous" value of .0005" will generate it in 37 seconds

Any idea why that toolpath generated quickly without issue before but now won't?

Any idea why the other 5 toolpaths with tight toolpath tolerances are still generating quickly without issue?

I'm well aware. Can we get this reported so Fusion don't be like that anymore? I often use very small end mills to rough,  much smaller than 1/8". I need things to generate fine with tight tolerances.

very few software's like roughing toolpaths with a super tight tolerance. Honestly there is no need on roughing toolpaths. Best thing you can do is buy more computer because adaptive paths have a ton of math even at looser tolerances. That's with every software I use.

Why do I need to buy more computer if it generated fine in the first place? I clearly had enough computer the first time it generated.
