3D Adaptive not roughing what it needs to if stock is wider

Stock at 2.5" width (X):

Works as expected.

 

Stock at 3.04" width (X):

3.png32.png

 

Rest machining is enabled. The toolpaths should be identical. Anyone know what's going on?

I looked at your file and it roughs the stock you have left over on my computer. Not sure what you are asking?

Change the width of the stock (X) to 3"...

Yeah has to be a bug, all I did was change height to start looking for material.
