3d Adaptive failing software component failing !!!

On my 4th part very similar first 3 went perfectly trying to use same parameters and keep getting the error message attached ? Can anyone shed light on why this may be happening ?? Session also attached

Seem to have got past this now altered the tolerance settings and it worked

This is a bug, it should work with the original tolerance.

I've created a tickets, so we can look into it.
