3 axis XZB (one of three is a rotary) Mashine setup

A tricky problem.
I have built a cnc for making drums (musik drums) with three axis (
Z-axis (and A as slave) for the spindle to go up and down.
X axis for tpinle to go the left and right.

B axis for the rotyating drum.

I use Mach3 (where only A, B and C can be set as rotary axis)

I whant to design the drums in Fusion 360. and create g-code to send to Mach3

I am not able to configure the Mashine Setup to make angular g.code for the B-axis.
I only get G-code for Z, X and a Y-axis.
Any ideas where to start

On your "slave" A axis (which is really a second motor for the Z) does your code need to see a Z and an A code, or does Mach3 handle the "oh, it's a Z, I'll send pulses to both Z and A axis"

Essentially what you have is a Z/X/B machine. However, a B axis will be rotating around the Y, so your better bet would be to (in Mach3) reassign the axis so "B" is now your "A" axis
