3/8 ball mill countersink help

I am trying to put a countersink in a part thats 304 ss. I want the lead in to be in the center and possibly start in the bottom of my hole and come out to the top. i can not get things right. the tool hits the side and i do not know how to fix it. I will try to post what i have

Yep, spot on for the uploading of the file, thanks 🙂

 

You need to look at your Lead in/Out, see image below, the tighter the Radius set then the more the start point will move to the center of the hole, so play around with the Radius/Angle to get exactly what you want, I have only done a quick change as an example, see image below and attached file 🙂
