I have two parts that are basically a mirror of eachother.  The first part I programmed and ran the parts and they look good.. The second part I copied and pasted the operations and its not working the same.bad selection.pngbad toolpath.pnggood selection.pnggood toolpath.png

Can you post the file with this problem To do this Go to File -> Export and save as a .F3D Archive File and attach it to your next post, if you can not post the file you can PM it to me or say in your next post you can not post the file and one of the Guys that do NDA work will help.

Ok, so I cant share the actual part, but it makes no difference.. I drew 2 sketches of the exact geometry giving me issues.  Attached is an F3D file with 2 sketches and 2 copied toolpaths with the same exact selections with the exception of one is a mirror image of the other.  This does the same exact thing it is doing in the part.  (the 2nd toolpath is what I was hoping to achieve and the first you can see is not machining a good portion of this pocket)

It's all in the selections, there is no need for seven selections, just one. Make your initial selection, select the chain again and then add onto it. I'll upload a quick screencast to show you

I am not sure I understand what you are saying, but in playing I got it to work.  It looks as though it matters what you select first. If I select each segment in in counter clockwise order it gives me the correct path.. If I select at random or clockwise it does not.  In any case it still shows me that I have 7 chains selected so I am not sure how you are combining chains into one.  I would have thought deselecting preserve order would make the order of selection a moot point but apparently this is not the case.

Still waiting on that video to show me the correct way, but it seems selection order is just a standard procedure I will have to follow in the meantime..

Awesome!  I never knew you could do that. This will save me some time selecting a million sections in the future!

Thank you!
