2D Contouring Help Nested parts

So I have a part that is nested the stock is a precut 13.5" x 7" and makes 28 Parts. It drills one diameter hole, counter sinks it, and then reams it to size. After that I want to do a simple 2D contour to profile the part. I want to use the same drill that I am drilling as my entry points. I'm missing something and not sure where to go. I select the holes I want to use as entry as predrill positions maybe that's wrong but not sure. I have a hole for each part. Fusion is not using that hole even after selecting it as predrill positions. I just uses a point on the profile that all I can adjust is the compensation left, right, or off. Just want to use drill to plunge hole and not an endmill. Let me know if you have any ideas please. Thanks in advance.
