2d contour wrap on internal feature

Hey guys,

I'm aware, from searching, that wrap won't work in this situation, but basically I have the feature that should be accessible using simultaneous 4th (the curves slot).

What I'm wanting to know is, is there a way to achieve this in fusion?

attached is a pic of what wrap gives me, basically what I want but oriented incorrectly.

Here is a raw idea, I made a body and used your model as splitting tool. Made 3 point circle that lies on bottom of groove, extruded it into a body and used it as wrap cylinder for tool path, ... so I am cutting outside of convex body representing bottom of groove on real model.

I picked top edge of my new body which is same as bottom edge of groove on your model and produced roughing passes leaving stock.

You would need to produce finish pass for each edge then go to your favorite G-code editor and mirror Z axis to reverse direction of entire tool path.

Forgot to mention, if this works, you would also have to adjust Z to match origin from other side.

Well, I may need a bigger hammer on this one, I am not sure if it can be done. If you set origin on top of real model, finish curved face first then run this program as is but start above part enough to see what's going on.

If this is not it, I give up,.. thanks for vote of confidence but I am just a lathe (... mill-turn) guy with potential, so that's my story and I am sticking to it.🤕🙄
