2D Contour - won't cut on the outside of the contour line w/tabs

I can't get the toolpath to cut on the outside of the contour line even when I click on the red arrow to put it on the opposite side in the operation.

Your file was only a .step and didn't have any of your CAM Setup information, but I was able to select the outside profile and get it to cut out of the box on the model that was uploaded

Can you post a pic or your F3D file?

I don't know why, but modifying your existing 2D contour wouldn't allow me to properly get it to work, but duplicating and then deselecting your contour, reselecting it, keeping your height at -.28 etc did work
